OTRIVIN MENTHOL xylometazoline hydrochloride 1 mg/mL nasal spray pump actuated metered dose aerosol is indicated for the following:

Nasal decongestant. Acts quickly to relieve a blocked or runny nose caused by colds, flus, sinusitis, hayfever or other allergic rhinitis. Short term treatment of allergic rhinitis to relieve severe nasal congestion.
