How should I take Benefiber?

Adults should start by taking one serve of Benefiber per day and gradually increase their intake after several days as required. This will help your body to adjust to a higher fibre intake.

Children aged 12 and over, and adults should not take more than 4 serves per day.

Children aged 4-11 should start with half a serve per day and gradually increase their intake after several days as required, up to a maximum of 1 serve per day.
