1. Handling and posting out over 90% of orders within the next business day;
2. Ensuring that over 80% of our parcels are delivered to metropolitan areas of Australia within 2 business days; and
2. Handling complaints within one business day.
Many customer reviews can be manipulated in the online space. Thousands of fake review can be paid for the price of a meal out.
For our pharmacy, many of our customers would prefer to remain anonymous, therefore it would be rare for anyone to provide any form of feedback.
However we do advertise on eBay where our customers are given the opportunity to provide positive or negative feedback about our service level.
