Lavender pure essential oil - INGREDIENT: CONTAINS ESSENTIAL OIL OF Lavandula angustifolia HERB TOP FLOWERING 1mL/mL

Orange pure essential oil - INGREDIENT: CONTAINS ESSENTIAL OIL OF Citrus sinensis FRUIT PEEL 1mL/mL

Chamomile Roman pure essential oil - INGREDIENT: CONTAINS ESSENTIAL OIL OF Anthemis nobilis (chamomile roman) FLOWER 1mL/mL

Directions:

Vaporisation: Add 6-9 drops of chosen blend to the water in your In Essence vaporiser. Massage: Add 6 drops of chosen blend to 12ml (approx 2 tablespoons) of massage base oil and use as a body rub. Tissue: Place 1 drop of chosen blend on a tissue and inhale.
