- Sea buckthorn berries naturally contain amino acids (leucine, isoleucine, valine, methionine, phenylalanine and lysine) and trace minerals (including aluminium, barium, boron, cobalt, copper, iron, lithium, molybdenum, nickel, strontium, tin, titanium and vanadium).

Directions for use
Adults:
