What payment information do we see when you make a purchase?

Payments on our website are processed through eWay. We can only see:

• The first 6 digits of your card number

• The last 4 digits of your card number

• The expiry date

We cannot see your full card number or security code (CCV). This means your credit card details cannot be accessed or misused by our staff, other than for verifying your identity or processing a refund.

How does this compare to other payment gateways?

Our process is the same as other secure payment gateways such as PayPal, SecurePay, or Stripe. Your payment details are securely stored by eWay, not by us.

The only customer information we can access from a transaction is:

• First and last name

• Address

• Postcode

This information is solely used to fulfil and deliver your order.
