The Medtronic Guardian™ 4 Sensor is a high-precision sensor used with the MiniMed™ 780G insulin pump system, offering advanced continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) without the need for routine fingerstick calibrations. This sensor delivers real-time glucose readings every 5 minutes, empowering users with better insights and tighter glucose control.
As part of Medtronic’s SmartGuard™ technology, the Guardian 4 Sensor works seamlessly with the 780G system to automatically adjust insulin delivery — helping to prevent highs and lows, especially during the night. Designed for comfort and accuracy, each sensor is worn for up to 7 days and transmits data to the pump via the Guardian Link 4 transmitter (sold separately).
This product includes one sterile Guardian 4 sensor, individually packaged for single use.
