Directions for use
Adults: Take 2 capsules daily with water, with breakfast. Children 7 years and over: Take 1 capsule daily with water, with breakfast, or as directed by your health professional. Effects may be felt within hours; however, daily use is recommended. For best results take for a minimum of 1-3 months.
