Bach® Original Flower Remedies are 38 remedies derived from flowers and plants that may help you rediscover your inner sense of peace and restore emotional wellbeing in your everyday life. The complete system offers natural remedies that may support wellness, using a personal, holistic approach. The remedies come in handy, portable dropper bottles ‐ be sure to look for the original Bach® signature on the label. They are very easy and gentle to use, and can be tailored to your own needs and preferences.

Active Ingredient: 5X dilution of Beech ( Fagus sylvatica ) HPUS. Inactive Ingredient: 27% Alcohol.

Using a single remedy: Take 2 drops directly on tongue or add to a glass of water and sip at intervals throughout the day. Repeat as needed, and can be taken throughout the day. Using multiple remedies: Add 2 drops of each remedy (up to a maximum of 7) to a mixing bottle containing mineral spring water. Take 4 drops a minimum of 4 times a day. A teaspoon of cider vinegar, glycerin, or brandy may be added to your personal blend as a preservative. Do not use if seal is broken. Store below 25°
