Directions for use

Simply place your Heated Neck Wrap in its protective bag and place in the microwave for 30 seconds initially and adjust in smaller increments of 15 seconds depending on the strength of your microwave and your desired temperature.
Please be aware that over heating your neck wrap may cause damage to the material and ensure that you test the heating requirements of your microwave.
