Peristal may help to re-educate the bowel, boost gut immunity that comes with an increase in mucilage, several herbs like Turkey Rhubarb for a boost to bile release and the super hardy probiotic Bacillus Coagulans at 1 billion plus per serve. Whilst this is slightly a pleasant bitter, it does not exert a super cooling of the liver like Senna which is really habit forming and more likely to make the bowel lazy long term. Bacillus Coagulans is not a commencal so is a great lactic acid cleanser and pH regulator to help boost bowel hygeine and is symbiotic for the commencals.

Directions for use
