Ingredients
Per capsule (2 capsules provide daily dose): Folic acid 250mcg (daily intake 500mcg), Iodine (from potassium iodide) 75mcg (daily intake 150mcg), Concentrated omega-3 triglycerides fish 250mg (equivalent to DHA 125mg per capsule), iron (as low-constipation form), Vitamin D3, Vitamin C, B-group vitamins (including B6 and B12), calcium, magnesium, zinc, selenium and other nutrients.
