Bonvit Easyfibre is a natural, gluten-free psyllium husk powder designed to support digestive health. Derived from the husks of the Plantago ovata plant, psyllium is a gentle and effective source of soluble fibre. It acts as a natural mucilaginous bulk-forming agent, absorbing water to help promote regular bowel movements and alleviate constipation.

Usage Instructions:

• Adults: Take 5g (approximately two 5mL metric spoonfuls) once or twice a day mixed with a full glass (250mL) of cool water or fruit juice. Stir briskly and drink immediately. An additional glass of water is helpful.

• Children (8-12 years): Give 2.5g (one 5mL metric teaspoonful) daily mixed as above.

Note: Psyllium husk powder must be consumed with a sufficient volume of water. If not swallowed immediately, a gel will form, which can be eaten or mixed with yoghurt, fruits, or breakfast foods.
