Ingredients

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS Lavender inhalation may be an effective and safe treatment modality in acute management of migraine headaches. Peppermint when applied topically it has been shown to help treat pain and inflammation. Lavender & Peppermint are traditionally used in herbal medicine to help reduce pain and inflammation with mild headaches.

Directions for use

Open pouch and remove patch. Peel off protective film and apply gel side to forehead. Lay down in a comfortable position in a dark or dimly lit room. Close your eyes and breath deeply and slowly for 10 breath cycles.
Rest with patch on forehead for 30 minutes. Discard after use. Re-apply a new patch no more than 3 times daily.
You should feel a cool soothing sensation when patch is applied. Wash hands after use.
Store below 25°.
