The daily, fluoride mouth rinse that provides extra protection against the loss of minerals from teeth, prevention of root and enamel caries and can be useful during orthodontic treatment. Dosage: Adults and children over 6 years: Use 10ml (10ml mark on cap) once daily or as directed by a dental health professional, preferably at bedtime after thoroughly brushing the teeth. Rinse vigorously around the mouth and between teeth for one minute, then spit out. For maximum benefit, do not rinse, eat or drink for 30 minutes after use.
