Ingredients

- Magnesium Oxide - Heavy — 1.6 g
- equiv. Magnesium — 965 mg
- Magnesium carbonate heavy — 400 mg
- equiv. Magnesium — 102 g
Directions for use
Adult: Add one 5ml metric teaspoon (2g) to a glass of water, stir thoroughly and drink. Fruit juice may be added to enhance flavour.
Take once daily for up to one week and then every other day for an additional week (only if required).
Drink plenty of water.
Do not use if cap seal is broken.
Store below 30° in a dry place. Close the lid tightly.
Warnings
- Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
- Colon Cleanse will cause the stool to liquify and produce a bowel movement within half to six hours. Easy access to a bathroom is advisable for several hours after each dose.
