Pinetarsol Bath Oil is a non-greasy , water dispersible oil for dry skin, with pine tar to relieve the symptoms of eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis and other dry, itchy, inflamed or flaky skin conditions.
Moisturising cleanser.
Water dispersible oil.
Pinetarsol Bath Oil is a soap alternative.
Avoid soap as soap may irritate dry, tender and inflamed skin.

Warnings

Avoid contact with eyes. Comparatively non-slippery if used in accordance with directions. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only.

Ingredients

Tar (Pine tar) 2.3% w/w.

Directions

One capful contains 10ml. Do not use soap on affected areas. For very inflamed skin, use with water. Shake bottle before use.

Bath: Add 15-30ml to a warm to tepid bath (5ml baby bath or basin). Bathe for 15-10 minutes once daily, more often for severe cases. Pat skin dry.

Shower: Apply directly to wet skin, leave for few minutes then rinse. Pat skin dry.

Small areas: Add 10ml to 3 litres of cool water or iced water, saturate cotton wool and hold on areas for a few minutes. Pat skin dry.

Patients in bed: Measles, geriatric, surgical patients. Add 10ml to 3 litres of warm water, sponge. Pat skin dry.

Dry skin and eczema: Use 'Pinetarsol Bath Oil'. Also available as 'Pinetarsol Gel' and 'Pinetarsol Bar'.
