Each tablet contains extracts equivalent to dry:
Valeriana officinalis root 2.50 g
Humulus lupulus flower 720 mg

Dosage

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 tablet 1 hour before bed or as directed by your healthcare professional.

For best results take ReDormin Forte for 2 weeks minimum to help restore healthy sleep patterns. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.

Suitable for vegetarians. No added gluten, wheat, lactose or yeast. Contains maltodextrin of maize origin.
