Directions for use

General Wellness
Children (1 year to 12 years old): Take 10mL (2 metric teaspoons) once daily after a main meal.

Take 10mL (2 metric teaspoons) 2 times daily after a main meal or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warnings

• The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 mcg retinol equivalents for women and 900 mcg retinol equivalents for men.
• If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
• When taken in excess of 3000mcg retinol equivalents, Vitamin A can cause birth defects.
• Contains Potassium sorbate and sugars. Products containing sorbitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.
• Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.
