How to Use

Vaporisation: add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.

Massage: add 6 drops (0.2mL) to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil and massage into chest and back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.

Ingredients

Each mL contains pure essential oils from: citrus limon (lemon) fruit peel 486mg, mentha x piperita (peppermint) leaf 410mg, lavandula angustifolia (lavender) herb top flowering 80mg, cupressus sempervirens (cypress) branch terminal leafy 20mg.

Not to be used on children under 2 years of age. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional. Application to skin may increase sensitivity to sunlight.
