Directions for Use

Chew or swallow 1 caplet immediately before eating or drinking dairy. Most adults find one caplet sufficient, but you can adjust the amount based on your tolerance.

If you continue consuming dairy more than an hour later, take an additional caplet, as the enzyme remains active in your system for roughly 60 minutes.
