Love Tea's naturopath has carefully formulated this blend to naturally support female hormone balance through the reproductive years. Herbs used in this blend such as Chaste Tree, Dong Quai and Withania, have traditionally been used to help regulate the female menstrual cycle, support skin health, balance mood, and modulate hormones. This tonic is an earthy and subtly sweet blend, balanced with refreshing hints of mint. This blend is caffeine free.

Directions for use

Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75°C 85°C and allow to infuse for 3 5+ minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
