Cheese the kit makes: Feta, Halloumi, Cottage Cheese, Light Cream Cheese, Cream Cheese, Chevre Frais, Goat's Feta, Quark and Farmhouse butter. 

No artificial flavours, preservative free & vegetarian. 

The mesophilic culture is shelf stable for 10 months. However, Mad Millie suggest storing cultures in the freezer when you get them in order to prolong the life of the culture.
