Ki Kids Cough & Cold Liquid combines 4 natural active ingredients traditionally used to relieve symptoms of the common cold, including chesty cough, sore throat and mild fever. It is suitable for the whole family and for children from 5 years of age. Sugar, colour, alcohol, lactose and glucose free. Ivy leaf (Hedera helix) Traditionally used in Western Herbal medicine to act as an expectorant to relieve chesty cough. Echinacea Purpurea Traditionally used in herbal medicine to relieve cold symptoms.

• Hedera helix (Ivy) leaf extract — 1.25 mg
• equiv. leaf dry — 10 mg
• Echinacea purpurea (Echinacea) juice concentrate — 4.44 mg
• equiv. herb fresh — 200 mg Glycyrrhiza glabra (Licorice) root extract 5.56 mg
• equiv. root dry — 50 mg
• Lonicera japonica (Japanese Honeysuckle) flower extract — 10 mg
• equiv. flower dry — 200 mg

Directions for use

Dosage:
5-12 years: 2.5-5mL - 2-3 times a day
12+ years: 5-10mL - 2-3 times a day
Directions:
Shake the bottle well each time before use. May be mixed in water, milk or yoghurt depending on personal taste.
