CoQ10 supports healthy mitochondrial function by assisting with energy production and protecting mitochondrial membranes from free radical damage. Mitochondria are abundant in cardiomyocytes, providing adequate ATP production for healthy cardiovascular function. CoQ10 may reduce the oxidation of LDL cholesterol.
