Directions for use

Adults only:
Add 2 level scoops (9.5 g) to 200 mL of water twice daily.

Warnings

• This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. The recommended daily dose of this medicine contains 165 mg of sodium. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
