About Metagenics Gastro Aid 60c
GutGard® liquorice has been shown to significantly improve symptoms of non-specific dyspepsia. Typical symptoms of non-specific dyspepsia include upper abdominal pain, indigestion, belching, bloating, acid regurgitation (reflux) and heartburn. Liquorice has been traditionally used for its demulcent activity in Western herbal medicine. Liquorice may help to heal damaged gut mucosa by increasing local concentrations of prostaglandins that promote mucus production and cell proliferation in the stomach. Multiple ingredients support digestion, including improving gastric motility and bile production. Turmeric may suppress gastric acid production and reduce gastric acid-induced damage via the inhibition of histamine 2 receptors. Fennel supports gastric motility. Globe artichoke supports bile acid production.

Free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.
Directions for use
Adults: Acute - Take 1 capsule three times daily. Maintenance - Take 1 capsule twice daily. Store below 30°C.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep in the original packaging. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date printed on the pack.
