Directions for use

Adults:
Take 1 tablet twice daily with food for at least one month before conception, during pregnancy and lactation.
Store below 30°C.

Warnings

• Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
• This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
• When trying to conceive and during the first trimester of pregnancy, folic acid helps to prevent neural tube defects such as spina bifida and/or anencephaly.
• Do not exceed the stated dose except on medical advice.
• If you have had a baby with a neural tube defect/spina bifida, seek specific medical advice.
• If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional. Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
