About Metagenics Vision Care 60vc
The combination of blackcurrant, lutein and zeaxanthin has been shown to aid the recovery of eye strain and visual fatigue. Blackcurrant may assist in relief of eye strain through its antioxidant actions; promoting dark adaptation and regeneration of the rod visual pigment rhodopsin. Lutein has been shown to increase macular pigment density in the elderly. Low levels of lutein have been inversely association with eye health, presumably through a reduced capacity to quench free radicals in the macula.

Directions for use
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily. Store below 30°C.
