Each 2g dose contains Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 700mg Calcium Ascorbate Dihydrate 352mg equiv. Ascorbic Acid 291mg 991mg Hesperidin 225mg Homeopathic Ingredients: Selenium Metallicum 30X 5.0mg Ferrum Metallicum 30X 2.50mg Manganum Metallicum 30X 2.50mg Zincum Metallicum 30X 2.50mg Also contains Silica Colloidal Anhydrous, Glucose, Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin Sodium Phosphate), natural lemon flavour and herbal sweetener Stevia. Free of animal products, nuts, lactose, yeast, artificial colours and flavours. No added preservatives, gluten and GMO's. Contains Glucose (may not be suitable for diabetics please use under the supervision of your healthcare practitioner).

Directions for use

Adults:
