We do not offer discount or voucher codes. Any website claiming to have a David Jones Pharmacy discount code is making a fraudulent claim.
Why is my order on hold if I have already paid?
To protect our customers from fraud and stolen credit card use, all orders are placed on hold until we can verify the transaction. This process includes sending an SMS verification to the mobile number you provided. Once verified, your order will proceed to processing.
I entered the wrong delivery address—can you update it?
Once a parcel has been dispatched, we cannot change the address. Please contact Australia Post directly to arrange redirection.
Do you check products before sending?
No, we do not open or test products prior to dispatch. This ensures that all items are brand new and sealed, exactly as supplied by the manufacturer—just as if you purchased in-store.
I just placed a Click & Collect order—can I pick it up tomorrow?
No. Please refer to the timeframes provided at checkout for Click & Collect availability.
How will I know when my Click & Collect order is ready?
You will receive both an email and SMS once your order has been dispatched to the store. When you receive the SMS, your order is ready for immediate collection.
The payment system won’t accept my credit card—what should I do?
