Ingredients

Each capsule contains Acetyl levocarnitine hydrochloride (Acetyl L-Carnitine) 500mg Levocarnitine hydrochloride 25mg equiv. Levocarnitine (L-carnitine) 20.5mg Levocarnitine tartrate 25mg equiv. Levocarnitine (L-carnitine) 17.1mg Ilex paraguariensis (yerba-mate) leaf ext. dry conc. 100mg from dry leaf 1000mg equiv. Caffeine 10mg Citric acid 80mg

Directions for use

Take one capsule first thing in the morning with food and with 250-500ml of water. Take another capsule with lunch or before training with 250-500ml of water or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Drink at least 3L or water spread evenly throughout the day.
