Ingredients (per 1g): Ginger Oil 1.05mg, Camphor oil white 8.8mg & Wintergreen Oil (Methyl salicylate) 23mg. Also contains Capsicum, Australian emu oil, Turpentine Oil, Menthol & Lavender oil, liquid paraffin & white beeswax.
Roll on to the affected areas and rub in gently for 5 minutes. Repeat every 3 hours as necessary or 4-5 times per day. Store below 30°C
