• Silicon dioxide (Silica) — 420 mg
• equiv. Silicon — 196 mg
• Biotin — 8 mcg
• Sodium Selenite — 52.3 mcg
• equiv. Selenium — 18 mcg Flavoured with a fruit juice blend of: strawberry, raspberry, blackcurrant, elderberry and red grape Does not contain artificial colors or sweeteners, gluten, lactose or preservatives.

Directions for use

Adults and children over 12 years of age:
one sachet contents per day, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Shake sachet before use.
For optimal absorption, we recommend taking silicea sachets separate from mealtimes.
Store below 25°C

Warnings

• Vitamin and/or mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
• Keep out of reach of children.

• Each sachet contains 18mcg of selenium. Selenium can be toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
