A warming ginger, lemon brew to help survive the nasties and keep you together. Keeps you from coming unstuck.

Immune booster, anti-nausea, high potent anti-oxidant, great if you are prone to getting sick/flu.

Only 10% of its blend as white tea which contains just 1-2% caffeine. A very low caffeine tea.

Taste description – ginger lemon

Organic - very low caffeine - vegan friendly - gluten free

Directions: 

Place 1 teaspoon of loose leaf in a cup or teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 7-10 minutes for desired strength. Serve hot or chilled with honey or lemon to taste. Serve without milk. Drink 2-3 cups daily.
