Directions for Use: WARNING: If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 microgram retinol equivalents, Vitamin A can cause birth defects. Adults: Take one capsule daily (with food), or as professionally prescribed.

Ingredients: ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER CAPSULE: Retinol Palmitate 5.55 mg, equiv. Vitamin A 3000 microgram retinol equivalents. Contains encapsulating aids.

Allergen Information: NO ADDED: Gluten, lactose, nuts, shellfish, sugar, dairy, egg, fish, sesame seeds. No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. This particular product does not contain herbs.

Storage: Store below 25°C in a dry place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if bottle and/or cap seal is missing or broken.

Warnings: Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 microgram retinol equivalents for women and 900 microgram retinol equivalents for men. Contains: Soya beans and sulfites.
