How to use Broccoli seeds for sprouting Before sprouting, rinse thoroughly in fresh water then soak seeds for 4-6 hours. Broccoli is a cool weather sprout so if grown in hot humid conditions add a 3rd rinse daily or wait for cooler conditions. For best results sow seeds thinly. Germination time may vary with temperature. Amount per tray / jar: 1 tablespoons of seeds. Temperature: 18-20°C. Rinse: 2-3 times. Ready to eat: After approximately 3 to 6 days.
