MagRelax combines a highly bioavailable form of magnesium with the clinically trialled dosage of L-Glycine. Through the synergistic actions on the nervous system, it helps reduce CNS excitation, time to fall asleep, and disturbed or restless sleep. Pharmaceutical grade. Contains l-glycine at the clinically trialled dosage for mood balance, stress and anxiety. Each 5.5gram (one included scoop) contains 350mg magnesium (as magnesium citrate) and l-glycine Vegan friendly. Free from gluten, corn, lactose, egg, sulfites, tree nuts, soy, maltodextrin and magnesium stearate.
