There have been major disruptions across all businesses recently due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak. Due to the unprecedented levels of orders, as well as delays from suppliers and manufacturers, we have also been under extreme pressure.
Our teams are working overtime and weekends to cope with demand for pharmaceutical products, medicines and self-care items, as well as to answer phone calls and email enquiries.
Given continuing projections for the foreseeable future, orders will be delivered, but will experience delays. If for whatever reason, circumstances dictate that we cannot supply a product or a parcel does not get delivered, rest assured we will provide a refund.
Please do not order if you need products immediately. There are current delays of 2-4 weeks. Most international services have been suspended until further notice.
