Basica Active is a blend of citrate salts of the major dietary alkalising minerals — potassium, magnesium, calcium, sodium and zinc — formulated as an effervescent oral powder. In the body, citrate is metabolised to bicarbonate, contributing a mild alkalising effect that supports the body's natural acid-base buffer systems.

Each serve provides the elemental mineral doses stated on the carton. The formulation is free from gluten, wheat, yeast, egg, dairy, lactose, nuts, soy, purines and added copper.
