Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Some supplements (probiotics, certain fish oils) have specific storage requirements — check the on-pack labelling. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date printed on the pack.

Frequently asked questions

How much Betavit Vitamin B1 100mg 100 tablets should I take?

Follow the dose on the on-pack label or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. NHMRC publishes Recommended Dietary Intakes (RDIs) for vitamins and minerals through eatforhealth.gov.au — your pharmacist or dietitian can help you match supplement doses to your individual needs and dietary intake.

Is Betavit Vitamin B1 100mg 100 tablets safe to take during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

NPS MedicineWise advises that vitamin, mineral and complementary supplements should be discussed with a trusted health professional before starting during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Speak with your doctor, midwife or pharmacist before use. The Medicines Line (1300 633 424, Mon–Fri 9am–5pm AEST) is available for medication queries during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Can Betavit Vitamin B1 100mg 100 tablets interact with my prescription medicines?

Yes, some supplements interact with prescription medicines — for example, magnesium and calcium can reduce absorption of certain antibiotics and thyroid medicines; St John's Wort interacts with many medicines; vitamin K affects warfarin. Tell your pharmacist about all supplements you take. Australian Prescriber publishes regular reviews of clinically significant supplement-medicine interactions.

Is Betavit Vitamin B1 100mg 100 tablets listed with the TGA?

Listed therapeutic goods in Australia carry an AUST L number on their labelling. Listed medicines must contain ingredients from a TGA-approved list and meet standards for quality and safety, but listed claims are not individually pre-assessed for efficacy. Check the on-pack labelling for the AUST L number, and verify the listing at tga.gov.au if needed.

How should I store Betavit Vitamin B1 100mg 100 tablets?

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and out of reach of children. Some products (probiotics, some fish oils) have specific storage requirements — check the on-pack labelling for Betavit. Do not use after the expiry date printed on the pack.

What pack size does Betavit Vitamin B1 100mg 100 tablets come in?
