PreBiome Fibre is a highly soluble and easy to drink formula that contains Sunfiber®, the world's most researched partially hydrolysed guar gum (PHGG). PHGG and acacia gum are prebiotic forms of fibre that assist in supporting bowel regularity and good bacteria populations in the gastrointestinal tract. PreBiome Fibre contains a natural polyphenol blend, including the juice if nine different varieties of berry, along with green tea, for further prebiotic activity.

Directions for use

Serving Suggestion
Adults:
Add 7.5g (1 scoop) to 200ml of water.
Children 7-12 years:
Add 5g (2/3 scoop) to 140ml of cold water.
Children 4-6 years:
Add 3.75g (1/2 scoop) to 100ml of cold water.
Children 2-3 years:
Add 2.5g (1/3 scoop) to 70ml of cold water.
Shake or stir until completely mixed.
Tastes great blended into smoothies or yoghurt.
Store below 30°.

Warnings

• Caution is advised when consuming simultaneously with medications as dietary fibre is known to reduce or delay absorption of medication. It is recommended to take this product a minimum of two hours away from medications.
• Acacia gum can reduce the absorption of amoxicillin.
• Keep intake of antibiotics separate by at least 4 hours.
