About Bonvit Psyllium Husks 500g
A great way to help maintain your health and regularity with healthy soluble fibre and a refreshing orange flavour. Psyllium husks come from the psyllium seed and is one of the most gentle and effective sources of soluble fibre found in nature. A natural mucilaginous bulk-forming agent with a smooth texture, which absorbs water and can provide gentle relief from constipation. Bonvit Psyllium Orange Flavour not only helps to maintain healthy digestive function but may also help to reduce intestinal absorption of cholesterol from dietary sources and assist in the maintenance of healthy cholesterol levels in healthy individuals.
Directions for Use Adults: Add 10 grams, approximately two level 5mL medicinal measuring spoons, to a glass of at least 250 mL of cool water.
