Ingredients

Each 5g dose contains: Sambucus nigra (Black Elder) flower herbal ext. 55.55mg equiv. to dry 333.35mg Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 200mg Zinc amino acid chelate (Zinc 5mg) 25mg Selenomethionine (Selenium 50mcg) 124mcg Potassium iodide (Iodine 200mcg) 261.5mcg Contains no wheat, gluten, dairy products, yeast, artificial colours or soy. Contains sulfites and sugars.

Directions for use

Mix powder in 100 mL of water or juice and consume immediately. Take as recommended or as professionally prescribed.
Children 2-9 years:
Give 2.5 g (1 scoop) once a day.
Children 10-12 years:
Give 5 g (2 scoops) once a day.

Warnings

• Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses.
