Ingredients

Directions for use
Adults: dissolve one 5.5 g sachet in a glass of water (approximately 200 mL) and drink immediately, ideally once daily. Take separately from antibiotics (tetracyclines and quinolones), bisphosphonates and thyroid medicines — separate doses by at least 2 hours.
Storage
