Naturally Sweet Erythritol has a clean, sweet flavour with no after-taste, making it a fantastic, natural, non-GMO sweetener. Sealed in a resealable stand-up packet for convenience and to ensure freshness, this product is made through the fermentation process, and occurs naturally in a wide variety of foods. Examples include fruits and mushrooms, as well as in fermented foods such as cheese, wine, beer, and soy sauce.

Naturally Sweet Erythritol can be used as a sugar substitute in beverages, confectionery, ice-cream, yoghurt, bakery items, chocolates, chewing gum, and more! It is also used in cosmetics and pharmaceutical products. It is reccommended to substitute for sugar on a 1.4:1 basis.
